Cancellation Policy

Future paid monthly and annual subscriptions will renew automatically in USD at the price shown before checkout, plus applicable taxes, unless canceled before the next renewal date. The checkout and receipt will identify the billing interval and renewal date.

Customers will be able to cancel through the subscription-management link supplied after checkout. You may also email support@payloadbench.org from the billing email address. Send the request before the renewal date and include the receipt or invoice number. Do not send card details or credentials.

Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. Paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fee applies. Deleting local browser data or stopping use of the product does not cancel a future paid subscription.

Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy.

Launch Access currently costs USD 0, has no payment method, and does not create a recurring subscription. No cancellation action is needed.
