Refund Policy

Launch Access does not request a card or collect a subscription payment, so there is no charge to refund.

If paid subscriptions are introduced, you may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 calendar days of the charge. This refund window applies to the first purchase of a monthly or annual PayloadBench Pro subscription.

A renewal refund may be requested within 7 calendar days of the renewal charge when there has been no material use of paid features after the renewal. Refunds are not normally provided for partially used billing periods, unused time after cancellation, or requests outside these windows, except where required by law.

Contact us promptly if you believe a charge is duplicated, incorrect, or unauthorized. We will review billing records and correct confirmed errors. This policy does not limit chargeback or consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Email support@payloadbench.org from the address used at checkout. Include the receipt or invoice number, charge date, plan, and reason for the request. Do not send full card details, passwords, JWTs, or API credentials.

Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method within 5 business days. The card issuer or bank may require additional time to display the credit.

Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a completed charge. See the Cancellation Policy.
