Email is the primary direct support channel for PayloadBench. GitHub is an optional public channel for reproducible product bugs.

Email support@payloadbench.org. We typically respond within 2 business days. PayloadBench does not currently offer telephone or live-chat support.

What to include

Include the page URL, browser, operating system, expected result, and a minimal non-sensitive example. For billing requests, include the receipt or invoice number and the email used at checkout.

Do not email passwords, private keys, full payment-card details, production JWTs, API credentials, or confidential customer payloads.

Public bug reports

Non-sensitive, reproducible product bugs may also be reported through the PayloadBench GitHub issue tracker. Do not post security vulnerabilities, personal data, or billing information publicly.
